Success Advocate

NaShara Mitchell is a SUCCESS advocate reframing gaps to opportunities for women and the underrepresented. Formally, NaShara is a Lecturer in the Lacy School of Business at Butler University where her work focuses on experiential learning, entrepreneurship and people-centered innovation. In 2018, she was named Professor of the Year by the MBA program. Considering business and education as forms of social justice and catalysts for social innovation, she is also the founder of Studio B Creative Exchange, an enterprise and experience studio.  She currently serves on the board of directors for ArtMix and the Social Enterprise Alliance of Central Indiana.
